Eastern Shore landscape shaped by RAUCH

Easton, Maryland · Since 1984

SHAPED BYthis place.

The roads you drive, the water you drink, the buildings where your children learn. We have been quietly engineering the Eastern Shore for over four decades. This is not just where we work. It is home.

Begin your project

Every road we grade, every building we design, every waterline we lay. It all comes back to one thing: the Eastern Shore is our home, and the work we do here shapes the place we love.

Bob Rauch founded this firm in 1984 after serving as Talbot County's youngest-ever Engineer and Director of Public Works. He understood something most consultants miss: when you live in the community you serve, every project is personal. That philosophy has not changed.

Today, under the leadership of Casey Rauch, P.E., we have grown to 54 professionals serving more than 300 clients, with projects across Maryland, the nation, and around the world. But our roots remain right here on Harrison Street in downtown Easton.

Eight disciplines. One firm. One hallway. When your architect, engineer, surveyor, and environmental scientist share a building, problems get solved over coffee, not through weeks of emails between separate firms.

WHAT THEY SAY

Construction of the stormwater project wrapped up in June with the removal of the ES controls. We see this project as an overwhelming success. This would not have been possible without your company's efforts over the past 3 years. Your efforts have expanded our days open and our ability to do so. I know I speak for all our shareholders when I say Thank You!

Pete Meyer

3W3 Airport Manager, Kentmorr Airpark

Thank you for your investment in our great state for it is the dedication of business leaders like you that are major factors in building a vibrant economy.

Pete Franchot

Comptroller of Maryland

RAUCH staff consistently displayed a high degree of professionalism throughout every phase of the projects. All of the projects are on schedule and within budget. I would highly recommend the firm for environmental projects.

Let's talk

Your project starts with a conversation.

Whether it's a new building, a master plan, or an infrastructure challenge, pull up a chair and tell us about it. Our door on Harrison Street in downtown Easton is always open, and we would rather listen first than pitch.
